Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd highy skilled technicians will come out to your premisis to assist in processing and mechanical isuues your company may have, this will include assesssing and measuring of all wearing components on your machine, They will also supply a fully comprehensive assessment report after order is placed.
The assesment will be taken back to Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd premisses to discuss with the technical team, and a quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours with a brief report about your component.
Design
Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd speciliases in designing differnt design screws to optimize plastisisation , performace ,clarity and improve output for varius plastic applications. for example if a customer needs more clarity in their final product, Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd will be able to design a screw that will give them the highest clarity possible.
Repair
Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd rebuilds wearing parts using all European specification materials such as PTA process to extend the life of the mechanical component.
Where the wearing part cannot be rebuilt, Dean Toi (Pty) Ltd has a locally based manufacturing facility in Sebenza that will then manufactures the wear component new utilizing European quality materials at a reasonable price.
