EREMA Africa was established in the year 2020 to provide a professional and comprehensive service to the plastic industry in South Africa. EREMA Africa that was formerly known as Relloy S.A. has grown from strength to strength for over 30 years and continue to strive for perfection.

The Relloy business forms an integral part of the EREMA Africa umbrella.

The business is owned and run by the dynamic partnership of Dean Toi (Pty)Ltd headed up by Dean Toi MD and Mr. Manfred Hackel, Managing Director of EREMA Engineering and CEO of EREMA Group.

While EREMA Africa core business remains the manufacture and refurbishment of wearing parts for plastics conversion machinery and technical assistance, it has diversified to offer a fully comprehensive range of plant, machinery and associated equipment for the reduction and recycling of plastic waste as well as traditional extrusion machinery.

Including working Directors, EREMA Africa boasts a staff of 28 skilled and dedicated individuals. Centrally situated in Spartan, Kempton Park, EREMA Africa is fully equipped to manufacture Barrels and Screws from as small as up 20mm diameter up to 220mm diameter and 7000mm in length. EREMA Africa CNC Screw Cutting Machine is the only one of its kind in Southern Africa placing EREMA Africa in the unique position of being able to quickly and accurately cut the most complex design Screws.

EREMA Africa wealth of in-house experience, coupled with close associations with the leaders in cutting edge technology in plastics conversion in Europe, make EREMA Africa a force to be reckoned with. EREMA Africa takes pride in the fact that they only use the best quality raw materials, coupled with outstanding workmanship and the most reputable sub-contractors (i.e., for heat treatment) to provide a quality product which meets international standards.

In addition to EREMA Africa local customer base, which is extensive and includes the biggest players in all spheres of the plastics conversion industry, it also has established customers throughout Southern, Sub-Saharan and West Africa as well as in Europe.
